Motivational Monday Volume 225! The Premier Personal Success Habits Checklist! Part 2

Here is another extract from our upcoming book: The Premier way!

I hope you enjoy! 😊 (I always love hearing your feedback so please don’t hesitate to reply!)

This is part two of a five part series:

So in this chapter we are going to share the Premier Personal Success habits checklist.

We cannot claim that everyone in our team uses this checklist but the ones who are striving to get ahead in life and who are determined to achieve their life goals and dreams use the list to their advantage.

Just like the Premier Business success habits checklist, the goal is to review the list regularly and keep moving toward 100% attainment on the checklist.

My advice is to start with the habits on the list that you find the easiest then each week implement another habit and lock them in using the habitshare app.

The key to successfully locking the success habits in and maintaining them is sharing them on habitshare with a mentor to hold you accountable.

Most humans fail miserably at self accountability and there are plenty of studies and stats to prove it.

It is the difference between living a great life vs an average life or worse still, a terrible life. So self accountability is not worth the risk. Taking this risk is self sabotage of the worst kind.

The list is gleaned from many years of trial and error and from hundreds of hours invested studying the habits of the most successful people in the world, past and present.

Some of the habits below I have given a reason or two on why it is important/ why it is included in the list.

In future pages of this book I will explain each habit in more detail.

So here is the checklist. They are in no particular order of priority right now. We will keep refining the order of priority as time goes on:

  1. Use the audible app or similar for your daily growth and learning.
  2. Use your driving time to clear and reply to all voicemail.
  3. Use any driving time for listening to audible. (once your messages are cleared).
  4. Write down and review your life goals daily in your diary or a dedicated notebook. This keeps you motivated, inspired and urgent.
  5. Write down your “what makes me happy” list and review daily.
  6. Go to church daily or invest some time on your spiritual health/well being. You must keep all aspects of your life in balance daily. Spiritual, physical, health, wealth, social etc.
  7. Write down 10 things you are grateful for everyday. This keeps you grounded, humble, thankful and positive.
  8. Use 2 second lean daily. Make at least 1 small improvement at work and at home everyday.
  9. Use voice note for faster and leaner communication wherever possible.
  10. Write and follow and continually refine your morning and daily routine for each day of the week.

Take action now: Print off this list for your diary. Out a tick beside every habit that you are currently doing. Now work out what % of the success habits you are already practicing. Eg 40%. Now set yourself a goal to get to 50% between in the next 90 days. Or you may wish to set yourself the goal of starting one new habit per week etc.

The key is to lock them in using an app like Habitshare and holding yourself accountable to a mentor or friend for long term success.

I can promise you, you will not be able to sustain these habits without this secret sauce.

Kind regards,

Bernard and the team at Premier Group NZ!
