Many people don’t realize that the chance of having a baby with a congenital heart defect (CHD) is 1 in 100. This means that each week in NZ at least 12 babies will be born with areas of their heart that don’t work as they should. Heart Kids play a vital role in helping improve the lives of these children and their families across New Zealand. Let’s be stronger together and help each other!
