When you have finished a meeting with a customer today arrange the next appointment while you are with them. “Mr. Smith I think we can certainly be of help to you. Let’s make a time now when I can come back and show you some ideas that will best suit your needs” 

This strategy is simple and easy to apply.  

The surprising thing is that so few people actually use it!
