My colleague found one particular newsletter that Tony wrote was very useful. So he sent Tony an email saying how helpful he found that particular issue of his newsletter.
Within 15 minutes Tony had personally replied to his email.
Now Tony is a very busy man.
Yet he was still able to reply to my colleagues’ email within 15 minutes. And it reminded me that when you respond fast in business you instantly stand out and get positively noticed.
